SCREWED & SOCKETWELD - Coupling, Union & Outlet

We supply a wide range of screwed & socketweld components including: Bushes, Caps, Couplings, Crosses, Elbows, Nipples, Plugs, Swages, Tees, Unions. The screwed & socketweld couplings, unions and outlets are available in sizes from 1/8” to 6” with dimensions of ANSI B16.11 and BS3799.

The high performance couplings, unions and outlets are leak-tight, highly resistant to corrosion and are designed to withstand corrosive and extreme environments.

Coupling

We supply a full range of couplings suitable for the joining of a variety of pipelines . The couplings are available with both screwed and socketweld connection types. All couplings are rigorously tested to ensure the highest quality and endurance under extreme conditions. The couplings are available in a variety of standard industrial material grades and the following additional grades are available on request: brass, bronze, copper, titanium, cupro-nickel 90/10 & 70/30.

Union

A range of union fittings are available with both socketweld and screwed connections. The unions we supply are manufactured to exacting specification and according to proven designs to create leak-tight joints. All unions are available in a number of durable metal grades.

Outlet

All outlets are available in both the socketweld and screwed connection types. Manufactured according to proven designs and from the highest quality materials, the outlet components we supply are suitable for a variety of heavy duty applications. We supply outlet fittings in a number of hard wearing industrial grades to withstand high levels of flow and corrosion.
